Customer objects to the Planning Application

Reasons for comment:

- Highway Access and Parking

- Overdevelopment

Comments:

I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society. The Society objects to this application on the grounds of overdevelopment of the site which, in our opinion, would lead to severe highway and access safety issues. The entrance to the site is very close to the Farthings Hill /A24 slip road. Vehicular entry and exit to and from the site will we feel be hazardous with the potential of 18 extra vehicle movements daily. The Plans as submitted do not give any indication of parking and refuse disposal arrangements. The location plan is deficient in not showing the Harrington Mews development on the S.W. side of Farthings Hill and the site layout drawings omit details of proposed entry to the site from Farthings Hill.
