I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society. We are not in favour of illuminated hanging signs in West Street as they are not in keeping with the overall street scene. However, if the Council is minded to approve this we ask that a condition be made that it is only illuminated whilst the shop is open. John Steele Planning Sub Committee
