Comments:

I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society to object strongly to this application. It is misleading to refer to this site as being in Queen Street as the flats would solely front Queensway. The proposal would be seriously detrimental to, and out of keeping with, the Queensway street scene. It would be overbearing and out of character. It is at least one storey too high and the design too reminiscent of an office block. Any development on this site must be stepped back to reflect the building line of the neighbouring houses on the east side of Queensway. John Steele Secretary, Planning Sub Committee
