I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society. The only aspect of this application which concerns us is the 'A' Board. We are pleased that the applicant has sought permission - this must be a first for HDC - but the pavement outside these premises is narrow and an 'A' Board, depending on size, might cause an obstruction. If the Council is minded to approve the 'A' Board we ask that conditions are applied which are consistent with those under the WSCC/HDC 'A' Board licensing scheme.
