I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society to object to this application as it currently stands. We are concerned about the potential for the "garage/studio" to become a live-in annexe which would amount to unacceptable backland development. If the Council is minded to approve the application we ask that conditions should be attached to prevent it being used as a habitable dwelling or being sold as a separate unit.
