Comments: |
I am writing on behalf of the Horsham
Society to object to this application. There
is no indication of a safe method of
pedestrian access to either the retail or
residential units. There is no indication
where and how waste and rubbish is to be
stored and collected. There is no indication
how a safe means of escape from the flat or
the retail unit is to be obtained. Car
parking spaces are shown hard up against the
exit door to both units. There is no
dedicated parking shown for the residential
unit.
