Comments:

I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society to object most strongly to this application. It is clearly backland development of the most undesirable type. The proposed access onto Guildford Road would be via the narrow approach lane to the cemetery which was neither designed or intended for this purpose. The size of the proposed house, though a secondary issue, would too large for the site and amount to overdevelopment. If approved it would create an unacceptable precedent.
