I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society to object to this application. In our view the design still fails to meet the Council's declared aspiration of high quality design. But above all, the access problem has not been resolved. It is too close to the Farthings Hill roundabout and will exacerbate the already difficult traffic conditions in this section of Farthings Hill. It would create a serious accident risk.
