I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society to object on the basis that this has the potential to be a most unneighbourly development. In particular, the two further units would be heighten the potential for noise etc. The applicant should be asked to provide evidence that the existing equipment currently meets the conditions suggested by your Environmental Health Officer.
