Customer objects to the Planning Application

Reasons for comment:

- Design

- Highway Access and Parking

Comments:

I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society to object to this application on two grounds. First, we consider this to be an ill-considered architectural design which does not meet the Council's declared aspiration of high quality design. Second, we believe the access to Farthings Hill to be too close to the roundabout given the existing traffic conditions and the additional traffic that will use Farthings Hill once the Broadbridge Heath development is completed. There would be a serious risk of accidents.
