I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society to ask that this application be considered by the Council's Design and Conservation Officer. In principle we support what is proposed but these are important buildings within the conservation area and it is important to ensure in particular that the yellow colour that it is proposed to be applied to 3 South Street is an appropriate shade.
