Stance:

Customer objects to the Planning Application

Reasons for comment:

- Design
- Highway Access and Parking
- Overdevelopment

Comments:

I write on behalf of the Horsham Society to object to this application on the grounds that the proposals are inappropriate to this location and would seriously worsen the existing parking problems in the area. We would favour a comprehensive redevelopment of the whole site owned by the applicant, preferably together with the adjacent site in respect of which a application has recently been submitted for a similarly inappropriate backyard development (DC/12/0418) John Steele Secretary, Planning Sub Committee
