I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society in response to the amended plans deposited in respect of this application. We remain of the view that this is a wasted opportunity to create a good modern design suited to 21st century. Furthermore, no matter how it is dressed up, this will remain a ghetto of affordable housing bolted on to the very margin of the overall development, thus failing to meet the requirement to incorporate affordable housing seamlessly.
