I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society to
object to this application. We share the concerns
of other objectors over the suitability of the
access via Windrum Close, both during construction
and in the longer term. Apart from safety and
amenity concerns, the apparent lack of vehicular
access to the rest of the development risks
creating an isolated ghetto of affordable housing.
We also consider the building design to be rather
banal and an opportunity missed to create
something suited to the 21st century. John Steele
