I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society to
object to this application. Whilst the site is
fine for use as a restaurant it is completely
inappropriate for takeaway sales. Its location
right on the junction with Albion Way, with double
yellow lines outside extending for some distance.
There will undoubtedly be risks of accident or
obstruction. There is already a serious problem
with cars parking to use other takeaways further
west in Bishopric where there is limited on-street
parking available. |
