Comments:

I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society to object to this application. The proposed provision for car parking is insufficient. The parking situation in the area is already very difficult. At least one parking space per housing unit, plus parking for visitors, should be provided and the overall development scaled down if necessary to achieve this.
