I am writing on behalf of the Horsham Society to object to this application. The property is a prominent building within the Conservation Area and the presumption should be in favour of limiting advertising signs necessary to those required identify the business. The intensification of signage represented by this application is unnecessary and would add to the visual clutter in the Conservation Area.
