I write on behalf of the Horsham Society to object to
the above.
The Society notes that the application relates to open
land in public use. The Society also notes from the
applicant’s statement (Planning Application section 3)
that on 14 July the approval of the Horsham District
Council, the present owner of the land (sections 15
and 25) to its transfer was received.
The Society is firmly opposed to the proposed change
of use and enclosure of publicly owned space for
private use.
